I am Victoria Siudem, a third-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing student in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Western University.

Born and raised in Canada, I value my Polish heritage and the traditions and sense of community passed down through my family.

Growing up in the Polish-Canadian community has inspired me to stay connected to my roots while pursuing my path in healthcare. I believe it is important to preserve our heritage and create opportunities for younger generations to stay connected to Polish culture.

I am excited to join the Canada-Poland Association of Businesswomen to connect with women across generations and backgrounds, support Polish-Canadian initiatives, and contribute to a community that inspires collaboration and growth.

As I continue my studies, I hope to bring a younger perspective to the organization and help strengthen the link between Polish heritage, community engagement, and the future of Polish women in Canada.
