I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with expertise in the setting of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital for Sick Children while also practicing at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. I am a graduate of the University of Toronto where I studied Health Sciences with emphasis on Biology and Zoology followed by the Respiratory Therapy graduate program at the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences. I am a strong patient advocate focused on inter-professional bedside education and mentorship in the realm of neonatal ventilation techniques and management.  

Through involvement and contribution to education extending internationally in the Qatar Project through Sick Kids International and through Kids Health Alliance, I strive to standardize and optimize newborn respiratory stabilization and mechanical ventilation practices with the emphasis on minimizing lung injury.
