Creative. Strategic. Resourceful. I am a founder, artist, designer, and operations leader with over 20 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, administration, design, and community service. As CEO and Co-Founder of MiniOwls Inc., I transformed a simple idea into a trusted e-commerce brand specializing in organizational solutions for families. From defining vision and branding to managing logistics, product development, and customer care, I’ve worn every hat—successfully scaling the business while staying rooted in quality, creativity, and purpose.

My leadership has driven consistent growth, strong customer loyalty, and a commitment to giving back through meaningful charitable partnerships. Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I am a visual artist and painter, running Canvas and Soul by Gosia, where I create expressive, soulful artwork that connects emotion, story, and space. My creative practice informs everything I do—bringing intuition, originality, and thoughtful design into both my art and my business ventures. Previously, I built a strong foundation in administration, design, and client service across long-term care, jewelry manufacturing, and the financial sector. Whether streamlining operations, reducing waste, or designing products, I bring efficiency, insight, and heart to every project. 

I also work as a muralist and designer under The Perfect Lines, exploring large-scale visual storytelling and custom artistic experiences. Beyond business, I actively serve in leadership and volunteer roles with the Polish Scouting Association (ZHP) and on the Board of Directors for a local condominium corporation, contributing to youth programs, publications, and community development.
