Justyna Kopec

Owner, Agri-Business

My name is Justyna Kopeć, and I was born and raised in Poland.

Together with my father and brother, I run our family , large scale agriculture estate which covers approximately 500 hectares in Wroclaw area.

This has been part of our family for generations and is an important part of our lives.

We mainly focuse on grain production, but we also grow corn and sugar beets. In our daily work, we combine family traditions and many years of experience with modern technologies and innovative solutions used in today’s agriculture.

Our goal is to continuously develop our agribusiness and manage it in a modern, responsible, and efficient way.

As a proud wife and mother of three wonderful boys, I believe that hard work, integrity, perseverance, and mutual support are the foundations of both a successful family business and a strong family.

I am very happy to join the Canada-Poland Association of Businesswomen.

I strongly believe in the value of building meaningful relationships, sharing experiences, mentorship, and international collaboration.

I look forward to meeting inspiring and entrepreneurial women, sharing experiences, gaining new perspectives, and expanding my professional network. I believe that mutual support and the exchange of knowledge can create new opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

I look forward to making new connections, having inspiring conversations, and exploring new opportunities together.
