She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Optisoftis Inc., a Massachusetts-based technology company building Physical AI and autonomous systems. She leads the development and commercialization of DroCa Guard, a Physical AI security platform designed to detect, verify, and respond to real-world security events while keeping privacy and human control at the center.

Before becoming a founder, Justyna built her career in business and finance, bringing that experience into how she approaches technology, risk, and company building. Today, she is focused on bringing Physical AI from working prototypes into real-world commercial and government applications, with a strong commitment to responsible innovation and building the company in the U.S.
