Marta Baginski

Bonum Funding Group

Born in Poland, educated in Germany, doing business in the United States - I operate across borders, industries, and opportunities. The world is my workspace, not my limitation.

I support companies in securing international funding for growth and innovation, transforming ambitious ideas into financed, scalable projects. My professional background also includes HR, transport, and logistics within the German market, where I gained strong experience in international operations and cross-border business structures.

Beyond business, I am a mother of two, a wife, and someone who builds life with intention and discipline. I am passionate about human rights, animals, nature, and literature. I love travel and stay active through skiing and horseback riding - both requiring focus, resilience, and precision.

I don’t just observe global markets - I navigate them and help shape what moves forward within them.
