Renee is a senior Human Resources leader with more than 15 years of progressive experience leading people strategy within complex organizations. She currently serves as Director, Total Rewards and HR Technology at Indigo, where she oversees the design and evolution of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and HR technology programs that support business performance and enhance the employee experience. 

Over the course of her career, Renee has held increasingly senior leadership roles across Human Resources, partnering with executive teams to modernize people practices and implement data-driven solutions. Her expertise spans total rewards strategy, HR technology transformation, workforce insights, and organizational effectiveness.

 Renee is known for combining strategic thinking with a practical, people-first approach. She is passionate about building modern workplaces where employees can thrive and organizations can grow sustainably.
