Hi I am Angelica and I am a GTA/Hamilton Realtor! I bring a unique blend of corporate marketing expertise, sales strategy, and hands-on renovation experience to the world of real estate. I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Lazaridis School of Business & Economics with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a specialization in Marketing in 2017.

During my university years, I built an impressive foundation working with major national companies including SC Johnson, Kao Canada, and Shoppers Drug Mart Corporate. After graduation, I continued my corporate career with PepsiCo, where I worked in Sales Strategy, helping develop go-to-market and sales plans for new product launches across globally recognized brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Rockstar. My role focused on ensuring products were strategically positioned to succeed in the marketplace and drive profitability.

While building my corporate career, I began renovating my first home at the age of 23 — and that experience sparked a true passion for real estate. What started as a personal project quickly evolved into a deeper calling. Since then, I have completed numerous construction and renovation projects, gaining valuable industry knowledge, practical experience, and a trusted network of professional contacts.

Today, I built a business that combines my background in marketing, sales strategy, and construction to deliver exceptional results for my real estate clients. I work with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors, helping each client navigate the market with confidence and clarity. I am especially known for helping sellers bring their homes to market with strategic positioning and customized marketing plans designed to maximize exposure and achieve top dollar.

I also have a strong passion for commercial real estate! I enjoy helping business owners and entrepreneurs find the right spaces to launch, grow, or expand their ventures. Being part of my clients’ business journeys is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I take great pride in the fact that most of my business comes through referrals, a reflection of the trust I have built with my clients, which is thanks to my advisor-style approach. I am always commited to acting in my client's best intrest while making each transaction enjoyable!
