President of WOMEN OF THE WORLD POLAND, Founder of Elite Club Warsaw and Baltic Royal Club

Wioletta Gejer is the President of the WOMEN OF THE WORLD POLAND Foundation and creator and organizer of WOMEN OF THE WORLD POLAND 2027, taking place May 28–29, 2027, in Warsaw.

Wioletta has extensive experience in business, international cooperation, and event organization. She is the founder of Elite Club Warsaw and Baltic Royal Club in the Tri-City area, as well as Vice President of the Business & Diplomacy Foundation.

Throughout her career, she has created initiatives that connect people, build meaningful relationships, and foster new opportunities for collaboration. She has organized prestigious business galas, art and luxury events, fashion shows, and charitable initiatives, including events supporting children’s hospices.

Her latest initiative, WOMEN OF THE WORLD POLAND, is an international platform designed to bring together Polish women and women of Polish heritage from around the world, strengthening global connections and creating opportunities for collaboration. Her vision is to grow the initiative into annual international gatherings while developing the foundation’s work to support women facing difficult life circumstances and children in need.
